I liked this problem set. Specially the Tree Union problems.
I think the div1 250 explanation might be a bit weak. I hesitated to write it during the whole afternoon, but I couldn't find a great way to explain it.

What do you mean by "a bit weak" for div1 250pt? I felt the surveillance camera question was too hard to interpret the requirements, so it was not great for an SRM. But I'll admit that it was a fun problem once I understood the full requirements.
